This unique and engaging program equips young minds with essential tools and skills to build self-confidence, develop self-awareness, and cultivate a positive mindset. Children build resiliency through meditation, breathwork, empowering yoga poses, mindful movement, and creative art. This class comes with a take-home video series to help parents continue the learning at home.
